HOW TO USE OUR BOOKING SITE
Easy and convenient
We know it can be a bit tricky using a new website…these instructions show you how to do it! Hopefully this step-by-step guide makes it a bit easier!
1 – PICK YOUR SHOW
Head to the Bookings page to select your show and date.
Use the links at the top to find the show you want.
Then hit the “Get Tickets” button against the performance you wish to attend!
2 – PICK YOUR TICKETS
Select your ticket type and the quantity, then click “Add to Cart”.
The cart will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
3 – ADD MORE TICKETS
Taking the kids? Simply select another ticket type, add the quantity and click “Add to Cart” again.
4 – VIEW CART
Your cart has been updating on the page. Click on “View Cart” to check and finalise.
Alternatively, you can go straight to “Checkout” if you’re happy with what you see and don’t wish to buy any more.
If you’re using a coupon or have a gift voucher, it might be easier to “View Cart” – its easier to add in the codes to apply your discount!
5 – ADD ANOTHER SHOW OR PERFORMANCE
Booking more than one show? Simply hit “Click Here” OR go to “Bookings” in the Main Menu.
6 – PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
When all your tickets and shows look right, hit “Proceed to Checkout”.
You can pay via POLi Internet Banking or Credit Card
