Governance
Wellington Repertory Theatre Incorporated is an Incorporated Society. We are currently intending to re-register under the 2022 Incorporated Societies Act, following approval by Members at the Annual General Meeting held on March 24th 2025.
The Society is governed by its Rules and supporting Membership Policy.
Committee
Wellington Repertory Theatre is governed by a Committee, comprising current members of the Society, with delivery functions supported by other members and volunteers.
